Onsite Guests: $40 per month
Non-Guests: $75 per month
RV Rate Details:
Cable service is available at each lot.
Phone, cable, and internet are paid by the Guest
In-unit washer fee – $80/annual
Late Fee Policy – $15 on the 5th day immediately following the initial due date. If a balance remains unpaid, an additional fee of $40 will be assessed on the 10th day immediately following the initial due date.
All credit card payments will incur a Credit Card Transaction fee of -3%
Cancellation Policy
Monthly –
- The $100 deposit holds the reservation until your check-in date. It is non-refundable and it will be applied to the first month’s site fee. No refunds on early departures
Nightly/Weekly –
- We have a 48-hour cancellation policy (7 days for holidays and events). If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please call our office at (813) 782-8223 by noon at least 2 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds on early departures.
